Steam Skin Instillation
- Extract the folder you downloaded to your Steam>Skins folder.
- Open your steam window and go to File>Settings>Interface Tab
- Where it says "Select the skin you wish Steam to use(Requires Steam to restart)" choose Logan's Skin (<Color> Theme)
